I am Rebecca and I live in southern New Hampshire with my husband, three step sons and two crazy cats, and I have always been a foodie. I recently decided to go vegetarian, and I am working towards becoming a full vegan. I do my best to follow a whole plant based diet (or course I have a massive sweet tooth and enjoy baking, so those recipes might sneak in here occasionally) and avoid processed foods. This change in my diet has led to other changes in my lifestyle as well, I now exercise, practice mindfulness and compassion, and I try to be more cautious of my carbon footprint. People kept saying you should blog about that! So here it is, I will chronicle my culinary adventures in the pursuit of all things delicious AND healthy, as well has things that are good for the souls and the earth, and our bodies. 🙂 Enjoy!
